Still, we choose which one we prefer to be the fact. If we can receive the truth entirely and live perhaps life will be easier; perhaps we won't worry about future; perhaps we won't even mind dying. This certainly will produce satisfaction to those who decided to follow the truth instead of believing that something is true, but we still return to the same problem: they chose it, they decide which one is true. Now let us make this simple:

1. It is impossible to follow the truth without knowing the truth, it is only after a person knew the truth he can decide whether to follow it or not.

2. Truth isn't just what sounds right, because we can witness many lawyers can free those guilty people just because they 'sound right'.

3. Truth is what when you stand with it, it will give you strength to overcome those who are against you, like Noah when he was strengthened by God because he has stand fast for truth.

4. Truth is what you'll not regret when you defend it, because somehow God encrypted 'The Code of Truth' somewhere inside you.

...............................................................................................To be continued

Introduction to "Beliefs" (Poetry)

Have thou not seen,
Atheism, an uncured pain,
Darkness art thou!
Shalt thou remain silent, O theist?

Allah, my God and only,
O never shalt I invoke,
Unless to Thy holy name,
not to muses, O they art dreams and only.

I stand but in the middle,
Cold debate of belief,
Shalt it ever end?

O have history witness?
Complexion of such,
I and my brother see.

Shalt I cry,
While a man indeed I am,
Can thee stand,
Indeed thee art a sister.

But will thou ready?
O witnessing our world hanged.
Such act indeed,
and will never belong of men.

Atheism, whom called Chaos,
Desire they art of peace,
But they indeed make no good,
But torturing belief of men,
What can be more genius crime?

Theist, whom called Debate
O have thou see not?
God can ever not be plural.
Shall it be two or trinity?
never, verily he is one.

These days CHAOS spake,
of free speech as never before,
indeed, intention is to truth,
but thou lead not but to abyss.

Of free speech indeed I am,
to speak according to faith of mine,
a poetry used by my mind,
for thee to read.

Behold! Six long unforgettable years I should say, as brotherhood was very strong. Four years ago, Malaysia was Malaysia that I love, Malaysia that I don't know where it has gone. How fast this very world turns...

"Makes us look like we are a bit of a backward country. But we are actually not,"

-Alia Zulkifli, a 27-year-old banker.

"We came for the music."

-More from Alia, reffering to the Black Eyed Peas Concert.

I don't know to whom I should say this, perhaps to Alia Zulkifli for her wrong statement. This message suppose to get into her heart to feel, and to her head to think. Not only Alia, I believe every person who have the same thought of, "Makes us look like we are a bit of a backward country."

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

What on earth made you think your country look like a bit backward? For heaven's sake, pray. Is there any possibilities; that your government do this to make itself a bit backward? Think dear people, think! This sort of statements, my dear Alia, is absolutely unbearable. It is the teaching of Islam, that command you to stay away from the place of disbelievers, much more from their party, and even much more from their concerts.

The night where male and female gather and dancing together doesn't make you a bit forward, don't you realize. The night where people get drunk doesn't make a nation a bit forward, in the matter of fact, it make you a bit backward, or perhaps, a lot backward I should say. It is the night, when teenagers stay awake to learn, that makes a nation a bit forward. A country like Saudi Arabia, can you see that Saudi Arabia is a bit backward? Yes in the eyes of the disbelievers. Can't you see the great Mecca and the enlightened Medina?

If you left one thing for the sake of Allah, believe, Allah will reward you a better one. Paradise are waiting for queens. Queens who serve their life in kindness to others, queens who was clean from badness, queens who are proud of their honorable life. I pray for Malaysia, and all country, to be always guided. Amin.

May peace and blessing always be Upon the Last Prophet and his Companions and Family.

Why I believe God Exist?

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH

One day, when I was bored in youtube, someone comment on my page saying: There is no God. I've think and I've get a conclusion:

The presence of footsteps, is the evidence that there was a people there...

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_MeydwPVj4FE/SiV0wH3vYyI/AAAAAAAAADo/6qNQB603D4A/s320/34677768.Footsteps.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342804903040344866" />

The presence of water, is the evidence that living organisms is possible to live there...

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_MeydwPVj4FE/SiV1GqDKFwI/AAAAAAAAADw/U5xc7776qdQ/s320/water.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342805290172159746" />

The presence of world, its energy, the sun and whole the universe, is the evidence that God Exist...

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 231px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_MeydwPVj4FE/SiV1cGSSEcI/AAAAAAAAAD4/j77F8HHnByA/s320/universe.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342805658529042882" />

I've try to prove that God does not exist, believe me, but I found nothing to prove it.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 233px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_MeydwPVj4FE/SiV2Bru60JI/AAAAAAAAAEA/i0MpUK8yAeE/s320/244px-GodfreyKneller-IsaacNewton-1689.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342806304236425362" />

Even Newton's law of motion says, "A matter will remain in its state unless external force acts upon it." There are many virtues mentioned in the various narrations (ahadith) regarding Yemen and the people residing there. This land has also been the abode of many Prophets (peace be upon them all), Companions (sahaba), scholars and pious servants of Allah (Allah be pleased with them all). Of the many narrations wherein the virtues of Yemen and its inhabitants have been mentioned, some are reproduced below:

1) Imam al-Bukhari relates from Abu Mas’ud that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) gestured with his hands towards Yemen and said: “Belief (iman) is there….” (Sahih al-Bukhari, no: 4126 & Sahih Muslim, no: 81)

2) Sayyiduna Abu Hurayra (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said: “The people of Yemen have come to you and they are extremely gentle and soft-hearted. Belief (iman) is that of the Yemenis and wisdom (hikma) is that of the Yemenis. Pride and haughtiness are the characters of the owners of camels, and calmness and solemnity are the qualities of the owners of sheep.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, no: 4127)

3) Sayyiduna Abu Hurayra (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said: “The people of Yemen have come to you. They are tender-hearted and more delicate of soul. The capacity to understand (fiqh) is of the Yemenis and wisdom is that of the Yemenis.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, no: 4129 & Sahih Muslim, no: 84)

Imam an-Nawawi (Allah have mercy on him) mentions in his commentary of Sahih Muslim that there is no bar in attributing these narrations literally to the people of Yemen. They (the people of Yemen) had strong faith in the time of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace), and the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) sensed this from the people of Yemen such as; Abu Muslim al-Khawlani, Uways al-Qarni and the delegations that came to him from Yemen. Hence, attributing faith (iman) to Yemen meant that the people of Yemen had strong and complete faith, but this did not negate that others also had strong faith.

As far as Fiqh and Hikma are concerned, the former (fiqh) means to have a deep understanding of religion, whilst the latter (hikma) refers to having conscious acknowledgment of Allah Most High (ma’rifa), coupled with self-reformation, good character and abstaining from following one’s desires and falsehood.

The meaning of “they are extremely gentle and soft-hearted” is that they are the people of timidity (khashya) and have an attitude of humble acceptance (istikana). They are extremely quick in accepting genuine advice and Nasiha, and are easily affected by it. They are immune from harshness, hard-heartedness and ruggedness. (See: Nawawi, al-Minhaj Sharh Sahih Muslim, P: 158-159)

The above few narrations related from the beloved of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) single out Yemen and its inhabitants with great qualities. Strong faith, complete belief and true conviction is said to exist in Yemen, with the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) gesturing and pointing his hands in the direction of Yemen and saying “Iman is there”. Similarly, the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) cites wisdom and deep understanding of religion to exist in Yemen. Moreover, when a delegation comes to the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace), he mentions the qualities and characteristics of the people of Yemen saying that they are extremely soft-hearted people and very humble.

The few narrations above have been taken directly from the two most authentic books of Hadith, namely Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. However, these narrations are not the only ones recorded in the praise of Yemen and its inhabitants; rather, there are many other Ahadith. Let us look at some more narrations in this regard:

5) Sayyiduna Zayd ibn Thabit (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) looked towards Yemen and said: “O Allah! Turn their hearts (towards Iman)…” (Sunan Tirmidhi, no: 3934)

6) Sayyiduna Abu Hurayra (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said: “…..And trustworthiness (amana) is in (the tribe of) Azd, meaning in Yemen.” (Sunan Tirmidhi, no: 3936)

7) Sayyiduna Jubayr ibn Mut’im (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that once the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) looked up towards the heavens and said: “The people of Yemen have come to you like the pieces of clouds. They are the best of people on the face of the earth.” A Companion asked: “O Messenger of Allah! Are they even better than us?” The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) replied: “Except you.” (Musnad of Imam Ahamd, Musnad Bazzar and Musnad Abu Ya’la. See: Majma’ al-Zawa’id, 10/54)

8) Sayyiduna Amr ibn Abasa (Allah be pleased with him) relates that Uyayna ibn Hisn al-Fazari once remarked in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) that the best of men are ….the people of Najd. The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) replied: “You have lied! Rather, the best of men are the people of Yemen. Belief/faith (iman) is Yemeni and I am also a Yemeni.” (Tabrani and Ahmad, with all the narrators in the chain authentic (thiqat). See: Majma’ al-Zawa’id, 10/44)

In this last Hadith, it was mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) that the people of Najd were the best of people, but the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) was quick to reject this notion saying that this was wrong; rather, the people of Yemen were the best amongst people. This Hadith reminds us of another narration recorded by Imam al-Bukhari and others wherein the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said: “O Allah! Give us Baraka in our Sham, O Allah! Give us Baraka in our Yemen.” They said: “And in our Najd?” and he said: “O Allah! Give us Baraka in our Sham, O Allah! Give us Baraka in our Yemen.” They said: “And in our Najd?” and I believe that he said on the third occasion: “In that place (najd) are earthquakes and seditions, and in that place shall rise the devil’s horn.” (See: Sahih al-Bukhari, no: 990)

In the final part of the last Hadith, the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) referred himself as a Yemeni. The reason could be (And Allah knows best) that “ Yemen” was in fact the name of Qahtan’s son, and Qahtan was a forefather of the Arabs and was from the children of Sayyiduna Isma’il (peace be upon him). Hence, the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) had a relationship of ancestry with the Yemenis. It could also mean that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) was implying that he liked the character and manners of the Yemenis; hence he referred himself to be “as” a Yemeni for having something in common with them. Whatever the reason may be, the fact that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) called himself a Yemeni is such a virtue for the people of Yemen that it cannot be underestimated.

9) In another narration, the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) is reported to have said: “Faith is of the Yemenis, and they (the people of Yemen) are from me and their direction is towards me, even if they are far from me in distance. It will be very soon that they come to you as helpers (ansar); hence I command you to be good with them.” (Tabrani with a sound [Hasan] chain. See: Majma’ al-Zawa’id, 10/55)

There are also other Ahadith in which the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) praised the tribes of Yemen such as the tribes of Himyar and Azd. He said that a time will come when a man will wish that his father and mother were from the tribe of Azd. (See: Sunan Tirmidhi, no: 3937). He (Allah bless him & give him peace) also said that the people of Himyar are the people of trustworthiness and faith. (See: Sunan Tirmidhi, no: 3939). Thus, the Ahadith and narrations praising the lands of Yemen and its people are numerous to the extent that if one was to gather all of them with commentary, an entire book may be compiled!

Any Muslim who has knowledge of these sayings of the beloved of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) would naturally long to visit Yemen and its people. Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) made these remarks according to his time, but when Allah Most High places certain qualities in a people, the effect of these qualities remain even after centuries have elapsed. Moreover, Yemen was also the abode of many of the Messenger of Allah’s Companions. He (Allah bless him & give him peace) sent Sayyiduna Mu’az ibn Jabal (Allah be please with him) to Yemen. There are also other Companions who lived and taught in Yemen. All of this in addition to the fact that Yemen has produced, and continues to produce, some of the greatest scholars, Mujtahids, Imams and saints of this Ummah.

Evidence: Muhammad is a Prophet

Question:

Prove that Muhammad is a true Prophet. What powers did God gave him? Please e-mail it as soon as possible.

Fatwa:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

The signs that prove the prophecy of Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) are numerous. Many books have been written to enumerate them and thoroughly discuss them. We would like to mention some of these signs as reported by Muslim scholars and which prove that Muhammad was a real Prophet including:

· First, his good biography and high morals as well as the noble qualities that distinguished him. He was known before becoming a Prophet as a truthful and honest person, although the community where he lived was a society of ignorance. This was, perhaps, the most important sign of his prophecy. He was not known to have ever lied on people. So, why should he lie on behalf of the Lord by claiming that he was a Prophet, if he was not a real Prophet?

· Second, the powers and triumphs Allaah gave him and the spread of the religion he preached, as well as the triumph of this religion over all existing religions in a short period of time. Had he been a liar, Allaah would have humiliated and destroyed him as He did with those before him who falsely claimed Prophethood.

· Third, the miracles Allaah gave him as supporting evidence were beyond the ability of human beings and were beyond range of natural phenomena. The moon split for him, water gushed from his fingers, food became more abundant in his hands, and similar phenomena were authentically reported and happened in a way that could not be denied.

· Fourth, the Prophet was backed by the greatest miracle which is the Qur'aan. In fact, Qur'aan was a challenge and remains a challenge for Arabs who were known to be good poets and eloquent speakers- Allaah challenged them to write a single Surah (chapter) that would be similar to that of Qur'aan, but the Arabs were unable to do so. Indeed, the challenge still endures - none of the Arabs throughout history- since the revelation of the Qur'aan- was able to make anything that was even similar to it. No doubt that the Qur'aan has been preserved intact until it came to us. Groups of people memorized it including children, adults, males and females. So generations brought the Qur'aan to generations until it reached us as it was revealed 14 centuries ago. Hence, the Qur'aan remains intact protected from distortion or alteration. Nothing has been added to it, nor taken from it. Qur'aan is full of scientific facts that were verified only in these times of scientific investigation. No doubt that Muhammad who was illiterate would not have possessed this knowledge 14 centuries ago. Doesn't this prove the authenticity of the Qur'aan and that it is the Word of the Creator of the Universe who knows all its secrets?

· Fifth, the things from the unseen that he (the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) ) informed us about. Some of them occurred during his life time. Others happened later. Some of these things happened to the Prophets who preceded him and some are still to occur. He also informed about the signs of The Day of Judgment, some of which had already been seen such as widespread killings and genocide, adultery and fornication and the consumption of the alcohol, outnumbering of males by females and the increased number of earthquakes, and afflictions,… etc.

· Sixth, the testimony of some of the people of the Book that he was a true Prophet. Some of them believed in him like 'Abdullaah Ibn Salaam who was a Jew as well as Negus (king of Abyssinia) who was a Christian. Some of the people of the Book certified that he was a Prophet of Allaah but refused to follow him like Huyayy Ibn Akhtaab.

The above are some of the signs that prove his Prophethood and the authenticity of his revelations. We would like the questioner to visit some of the Islaamic centers in her area, and hopefully, they will guide her to some useful references in the matter.

Allaah knows best.

Fatwa answered by: The Fatwa Center at Islamweb

Jesus in Islam

In The Name of Allah

I should Warn you that this video is a long video. Like it or not, science have to accept the existence of God. In this day, the question is: WHO IS THE GOD?

For approximately 1400 years, Moslems and Christians have been in debate. The main character in all that debate is one man, A Prophet of Moslems, and A God of Christians, Jesus.

I want to discuss about one of the most fundamental things in Christianity; Is Jesus Really Crucified?

There is two possibilities:

1) He did not Crucified.
2) He is Crucified.

I will leave you to think about this two possibilities. I've made crucifixion of Jesus easier to think about. I will explain this, believe me, I've known the answer which will converts every single Christian to Islam. Insya-Allah...

May peace always be Upon Our last prophet, Muhammad, his family, friends, and he who follow his path...

Unity Formula

It's from "BeMyBro", he is right. Now I'm going to write an article about proof of greatness of Holy Koran. Someone said to me when I'm teaching about Islam in an on-line discussion: "What about the Dogon tribe in Africa? They know about the star Sirius, and charted its movements before it was even discovered by Modern technology with a telescope. Robert Templer wrote a book on it. The Dogon tribe has had this information for centuries. This has shocked the science world."

This guy said it when I'm talking about The Holy Koran. he said again, "No, The Koran does not know anything not already known.". I've explain this Fitna to him. And now, I'm going to explain this again.
----------

Before we discuss about Sirius Star, We have to know that Sirius is the brightest star in the night sky with a visual apparent magnitude of −1.46, almost twice as bright as Canopus, the next brightest star, that is the ‘definition’ of Sirius Star.

Unfortunately, Sirius Star is not too small to see with bare eye, ours or Dogon Tribe in Africa can see this star. Why, because it is ‘The Brightest Star’ in the night sky. You can check Wikipedia.com. And Dogon tribe is not the first who discovered this star. Ancient Egypt is also familiar with this star.

Why ancient Egypt familiar with this star? Because the Sirius Star is easy to see. Anyone can see this star, including Dogon tribe. So it’s not shocking phenomenon. And about Robert Templer, this is what Prophet Mohammad P.B.U.H once said: “Every sons of Adam has sins, and the best sinner is the one who apologize.” This is right, and approved scientifically, and it’s not as bright as Sirius Star for anyone to understand His word, but this word can only be understood by he who wants to think deeply. What I’m trying to say is that Robert Templer is also son of Adam, and he—I can guarantee—that he makes mistakes, so do I, and so do you. One of the biggest mistake is when scientist don’t connect something that he is observing with history, because when scientist do so, they will found that it starts from belief, and they won’t believe it, because they said religion or belief is not scientific. Well other religion is not scientific, while Islam, origin of all religion and the most scientific religion, is scientific—I can guarantee that.

Islam pays much attention in science. In the Holy Koran, Allah Ta’aala said: “Say, (O Mohammed, Peace be Upon Thee) is he who knows equal with he who know not?” That’s why Moslems pay much attention for science. One of the greatest founding by Moslems is that Moslem scientist converted the Theoretical science of Greeks’ scientist to Practical Science which is next used by western scientist. What’s their main purpose, it’s simple, to understand and prove the existence of God. And now, when the practical science used by western they used it to deny the existence of God.
----------
So if you ever meet an atheist, don't be shy to say "I'm a Moslem". And don't ever forget and afraid to say to them: F*ck You!!!

----------
May Peace always be upon the last Prophet, Mohammad, his Family and everyone who follow his path.

Pray

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

<img style="display:block; Its meaning was not complicated, but the existence of this thing give a lot of people headache. Almost everybody know about its existence, but not many know its definition. That thing is: SECRET.

Now I ask you: What is the definition of secret? You don't know? All you know is: There is a lot of secret out there. Yes it is, there is a lot of secret out there. Now let me define the meaning of secret for you:

Definition of Secret

Not open or public,
Kept private or not revealed...

That is the definition of secret. Now I'm going to show you something interesting:

First

“Know where to find the information and how to use it - That's the secret of success”

Albert Einstein said it. Now I'm asking you: Is it secret?

Second

“The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one.”

Mark Twain said it. Again I'm asking you: Is it secret?

Third

“All charming people, I fancy, are spoiled. It is the secret of their attraction.”

Oscar Wilde said it. And again I'm asking you: Is it secret?

Last

“Believe me! The secret of reaping the greatest fruitfulness and the greatest enjoyment from life is to live dangerously!”

Friedrich Nietzsche said it. And for the last time, again I'm asking you: Is it secret?

The Answer

Its easy: No its not a secret. Even if it is a secret, it must be a public secret. No secret is public. Remember that, and Public secret, is no longer a secret. Secret is something that is Not open or public, kept private or not revealed. That is secret. So don't ask someone: "Hey You're a great man, Whats your secret?" Its the silliest question I've ever heard. Stop asking that kind of question, if you really want to reveal some secret, reveal it by yourself, don't ask for it.

W H Y ?

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 214px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_MeydwPVj4FE/SUswtO_ohrI/AAAAAAAAACI/AM6oAPDLHPU/s320/question-mark.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5281368541699278514" />

Because; the feeling of enjoying revelation will only can be felt, when you revealed it by yourself. Do you want to feel it? Click here, and reveal it if you dare!!! Then you'll feel the feeling. Most of my friends respond is: "What!!!". Yes they are. The idea of this post is when I got some trouble in managing my friends. First I don't think about it, but as life goes on, I'm starting to learn more and more about responsibility. Now for you, who think that managing friends is important, let me show you the right path.

How to Manage Friends

1. Keep smiling to them

Oh yes, that really work. It can make you friend comfort being with you. If you hang out with them, one of a hundred way to make them comfort is smile, and its easiest either. So keep smiling. But there is one problem: How when your friend is far from you (Long distance friendship)? Keep reading...

2. Ask their e-mail address or phone number

This can fix the problem. At least you communicate with your friend. It will be useless when you jut ask for their e-mail address or phone number but you don't send anything or call them. That is exactly one of a thousand reason why you got to pray (Shalat), you got to pray because if you don't communicate (in this case pray) with Allah, then you're not His servant, just like, when you don't communicate with your friends then you're not their friend. Think about it.

3. Manage your time

This is the most important among all of these guide. Managing time could manage everything. If you want to manage your friends, manage your time, so you'll never miss your appointment with them. Believe it. So Manage, when you should learn, hang out, watch T.V, etc...

4. Always try to help

This is very important. When you help someone, their respect to you will be more and more. Now, what is the use of respect in friendship? Let me tell you:
When someone respect you, he will keep your secret, never talk bad about you and believe whatever you talk.
Friend should be someone who can keep your secret, right? But before you want respect from others, respect others.

5. Never talk bad to them neither hear gossips about them

There is one good story about this. I'm sure after you read this story, you'll understand this part.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 298px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_MeydwPVj4FE/SUa7AgxF2mI/AAAAAAAAABI/w1U34Bk2KOw/s320/socratt.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280113230608718434" />
Long time ago in ancient Greece, there was a man named Socrates who was highly knowledgeable and an esteemed philosopher. He was approached by a fellow one day. That person told Socrates that he has some information to tell him about his friend. Before he could even start talking about his friend, Socrates told him to take a test known as the Triple Filter Test.

The first test was the filter of truth. Socrates asked him if the information he had was the truth. The person said that he had just heard it on the way and was not sure if it was the absolute truth. The second filter was that of Goodness. He asked if the information was regarding anything good about his friend. The man said it was actually the opposite. The third filter was that of Usefulness. Socrates asked if the information was useful to him in any way. The man replied in the negative.

Socrates then replied that when the information regarding a friend is not true, good or useful, then why it should be conveyed at all. The moral of the story is that
you may always participate in loose gossip, but when it comes to your friends it is just not worth it.
You know your friends better than others. So you must avoid talking behind the back of your dearest friends. It only leads to strained relations and shows that you are not reliable or trustworthy as a friend. Think about it.

Before I end this post, I want to wish "A Happy Birthday" to my best friend: Muhammad Nur Hakim. May peace always be upon our prophet, Muhammad, his family, friends, and all who follow his path, until the judgment day. Wallahu A'alam.

Around Surabaya in One Day

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Introduction

Last night, when I opened my journal, I remember about my friend, Ahmed Mursyid. He is Malaysian. During my last time at Surabaya, he with me had a journey(actually not a journey, its just hanging out), that is known with: Around Surabaya in One Day (The idea of the title is inspired by "Around the world in 80 Days"). Before I explain more about this journey, I'm going to explain that I think there is two type of hanging out, first, the useful one, and the second, is the useless one. Useful "Hang out" is when you go someplace, then you look at the world, then you think. Then you embrace Allah, because of His creation. And the useless hang out, is when you hang out with your girl friend (in Haram Relationship), and smoke, and get drunk, etc...

Now back to our main topic:

Around Surabaya in One Day

I'm sorry if you think I'm going to explain the detail of my journey with Ahmed Murshid, I'll never publish my private story in this or any other blog. What I'll explain is about the knowledge that I've gain from that journey.

1. He who didn't budget their money when going out is usually extravagant

Believe me, that it is a hundred percent accurate. People that didn't budget their money when going out is usually extravagant. Why? because they don't make any limit for their money. Once it collapse, they'll say, "Oh my God!!!".

2. Human like to do bad things in the dark place

That is why, I suggest you to avoid dark and silent place, and if you really must to go to that place, go with someone who you can trust. My experience teach me so, so believe me. beside that, avoid yourself from the dark, because maybe you want to do bad things there, while we are not suppose to do bad things. Keep Remembering that, Allah Know all what you do.

3. A Muslim, will not fall in the same mistake twice

After you read my post today, (if you're a good learner) you'll learn something new. And that "something" is suppose to guide you to-not-to do that kind of mistake. When you did do it, you are suppose to know that you are asked to ask forgiveness from Allah.

Actually There is more lesson that I learned from that day (October 22nd, 2008), but the most important among them is these three subject. If Ahmed Mursyid read this, I know, that he will smile.

May peace always be upon our prophet, Muhammad, his Friends, and All Muslim that follow his path until the judgment day. Wallahu A'alam.

Relationship in Islam

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Introduction

In the last post, I've said that I'll explain about "Love" in Islam. Actually the matter of love, is the matter of relationship. Whoever love someone, want to be someone in that person's life. There is two type of relationship in Islam, First, The Halal(permissible) way, and the second is, haram (forbidden) way. I'll not explain too much in this topic, because the majority of Muslim knew about this. This is not more than a reminder, for he who forgot.

The Halal Relationship

The Daleel (proof) of halal relationship is:

(See Sooraa el-Mu'minoon: Aayaa 5-7)

The Haram Relationship

The Daleel (proof) of haram relationship is:

1. (See Soora el-Israa': Aayaa 32)
2. (See Soora el-Furqaan: Aayaa 68-69)
----------

Now brothers in Islam, you can see by yourself that Aayaatollaah. You open the Holy Qor'an by yourself. And you take a good look at It. So you will believe Aayaatollah from the Holy Qor'an. May Allah bless and forgive you. Wallahu A'alam.

Between Healthy and Dangerous Jealous

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Introduction

A lot of my friend keep asking me about jealous. Is it good or bad. Some other say jealous is always bad, and other say, its always good to be jealous. This is what people think. Unfortunately, human's thought is often wrong. Why? Because they are human. Human is a creature that their instincts of fanaticism, racism, and badness is very high. That what The Angels said. (See el-Baqara: Ayaa 30)

But Allah still create us, because He know what we don't know neither The Angels. Thank to Allah, who create us. From nothing to something.

Now lets get back to our main topic, between healthy and dangerous jealous. The difference between it not so far. If I define it one by one, most of people don't "get it". So I'll make some example then I'll explain.

Healthy Jealous

Example:
You are a student, you try your best to ace your final. You want to make your parent happy with your result. A week before the exam, you learn hardly. You don't do anything except learning and praying for your final. You are extremely ready for the final.

Then when the exam comes, you feel nervous. You take the paper, and you see all the question. You answer all the question. You know about everything there. You say: "Oh God, Its easy". You check your answers again and again. You confident with what you've answered. Than you finished it.

After a few days: You check your result and its "A". You get very excited. You think that you're the one. After a minute; "Allaaahu Akbar", you hear that voice. Then you realize that Ahmed (Your class mate) got better result then you. You feel like you lost your world, all your dream has gone. "Astaghfirullah", you say that word inside your heart, "What I've done?". You feel very "Jealous" to Ahmed. Then you learn harder, to get better than Ahmed and everyone.
----------

Get it? This is, actually, what we say with healthy jealous. It is often called as "Motivation". It is good for you to try this kind of jealous. Don't worry, its not only for student. The point is "To get better with a better way". So every one from every age, and every where, can do it. Just be better with a better way.

Dangerous Jealous

Example:
You are a lover (I'll explain more about: "Love" in Islam next time), you have a very beautiful girlfriend. You've be with her for a month. You extremely love her. You can't live without her. You think that: There is no life except with her, and there is no love except for her.

One day, you go to her house. Then something unexpected happen. You saw she being kissed (Actually by her father that come from Italy, and you don't know him). You get extremely jealous and angry.

One night, when your girlfriend's father (while you don't know that he is your girlfriend's father), go to the lake, you kill him!!! Then you throw him into that lake. How poor your girlfriend is, she just meet her father, and you kill him. After that day, your girlfriend come to you and cry, she said: "My father has been killed. Poor him, he just came to see me and mom from Italy." Then you realize, that the one who you've kill is her father, you said in your heart:"****!!! What the **** I've done".
----------

Now this is the dangerous jealous. Not only dangerous for yourself, it is also dangerous for the people around you. That why Allah ask us to ask to Him for protection to avoid us from this kind of jealous man (See: Soora el-Falaq). Because maybe this kind of jealous man is around us. May Allah protect us from this kind of jealous man.

May Peace always be upon our prophet, Muhammad, and every one who follow his path until the judgment day. Look at these signs, do you have these signs? The signs are:

1. When you learn it, You do what you learned.
2. When you learn it, You won't be selfish on that knowledge.
3. When you learn it, You become more "Tawadhu'".
4. When you learn it, You dislike popularity, and material things.
5. When you learn it, You're not claiming that you're smart.
6. When you learn it, You think that you're bad, but others good, so you wouldn't talk bad to them.

Do you know? That, That is the signs of useful knowledge.

So every knowledge, that contain those six principles, it will be useful, for you. This type of knowledge that you should learn more and more. You'll get more from life and "Akheera". This type of knowledge will be useful for your Faith. You will be also useful for Muslims.

Not all knowledge have those six principles, only knowledge of Religion (Such as Fiqh, Tawheed, Aqeeda, Tafseer, Hadeets, etc...) that naturally contain those principles. But you miss something. Don't you realize? (If you're a real detective you'll realize it). Let me show what you missed.

"...it will be useful, for you...This type of knowledge will be useful for your faith...also useful for Muslims..."

Now you should realize, something that useful for you, doesn't mean useful for humanity. Something that is useful for Muslims, doesn't mean useful for Islam. Now what is exactly Islam need? Muslims should realize this.

"Racism against Islam Rocketed since 9/11"(http://www.socialistworker.co.uk, dated 11 February 2006)"

So what we should do for Islam? We should get its name clean, by showing the kindness of Islam to the world, not showing Brutality. Our religion told so. Show to the world that Islam is religion of Kindness and Mercy. Our prophet, Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is the most kind person, what should we do is follow him (Peace be upon him).

If you asking, how to show kindness of Islam? The answer is simple: Be kind to others. Start with your neighborhood. We should be kind even to non-Muslim, like our prophet (Peace be upon him) does. Beside being kind to others, there is one thing, that all of us (Muslimin) has forgot.

Islam is loosing its name in knowledge, not only in religious knowledge, Islam is also loosing science knowledge. A lot of Muslims says that science is unimportant. This is definitely wrong. Why? because Allah said in Soora Al-Ra'd Aayaa 4: "Behold verilyin these things there signs for those who understood." Now who understand it? Who that Allah said: "...Those who understood"? Its the scientists and the thinkers.

Muslims today (Since 1901), has underestimated the importance of science (Including: Medic, etc...). They won't realize, that they are the future of Islam. Brothers in Islam, realize: "Education is a matter of life and death for us. The world is progressing so rapidly that without requisite advance in education, not only shall we be left behind others but may be wiped out altogether". So brothers and sisters, lets get back to the real Islam.

Wallahu A'alam...

World Today (For Teenagers)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Introduction

It is sad to see our world today. Human just having fun without thinking what they suppose to think. Everyday, when we go out to our school, a hundred of other children just stay at their home, have nothing to do. Even when we stay at our home, there is no insurance to stay safe. Everyone is trying to have fun, they just care about money making, because they think that can make them happy. But unfortunately, even money can't satisfied them. Because human is so selfish, even to themselves.

Our prophet (Peace be upon him) said: If son of Adam is given one golden cave, they will ask another. Today: A lot of people don't eat, just because others waste their money to have fun and don't use it for Shadaqa. This is not a speech, it is just a reminder. For he who forgot.

World Today

"More than 160 US NATO vehicles burned in Pakistan, Riots in two Greek cities after teen killed, McCain: Afghanistan situation will get harder, 10 gunmen soldier killed in shootout in Mexico, etc..."

Do you know why all of this terrible things happen? The answer is too simple: "Because we are human". And that is exactly what human do: They are thinking something that is not their job. Just let big people do big things, without our interruption. Because we are not smarter then them, and if we are, we'll be at their position. It is ego that led to that way.

If we just do our job (also social job) that is not more than what we should do, like learning, praying, giving shadaqa, helping neighborhood and parents, etc, this kind of thing should not happen. Remember: "Every bad things come from human's hand, and the good one come from Allah".

So don't talk politic (or something like that) with your friends at school, it will just decrease your focus on studying. You should realize that you are teenager, so do teenagers stuff. But don't forget to advice others because our prophet (Peace be upon Him) said: (This) religion (It means: Islam) is Nasheeha (Advice). But while you are advising others, don't forget yourself. Allah said:
أتأمرون الناس بلبر و تنسون أنفسكم

So teenagers, brothers in Islam, save yourself and your family from hell. Lets get back to Islam. May peace also be upon our prophet, Muhammad, Messenger of Allah, and all human who follow his way until the judgment day.
